For most of us, working out is a way to stay healthy, mobile, safe (ie look good for swim season), etc... All valid motivations. But for our men and women in uniform, the struggle to stay fit is a central part of protecting our lives and liberties, perhaps a more daunting goal than "looking and feeling good."

TRX Master Trainer Brandon Waggoner is an important part of this work, having led TRX education courses for active professionals for nearly a decade. His work with the military has been profound, or as he says, "one of the best experiences of my career."
Wagoner adds, "While I enjoy leading all TRX courses, for civilians and active duty personnel, there is something unique about [working with the military] because it gives me a sense of responsibility that is hard to say with words. Many times the people taking the course are putting their lives on the line to protect our freedoms every day. It goes without saying that I take the task of helping them stay in tip-top shape very seriously. When I enter this teaching platform, I am very aware of the fact that the lessons I share with them can contribute to saving a life, or I realize that my part in the process is small, but it seems important to me.
In honor of our servicemen and women this Veterans Day, Waggoner has created this military-inspired "get ready" workout. These exercises are designed to build the strength, endurance, stamina and agility needed for military readiness.
